    Very disappointed. I handed over my MacBook to the apple store 2 weeks ago and there’s no sign of a date for getting it fixed. Apple care + is not a guarantee that you won’t have to do without your device for an extended period of time. Have tried to resolve it over the phone but the call centre staff can only tell me that they’re waiting for the part.

    Total waste of time. Booked a battery replacement online. Turned up on time to be told they didn’t have the battery in stock and it would be a weeks wait. The online booking wanted to know why I was booking an appointment and gave me a price for the battery replacement. Then when I arrived they asked why I was there. Total incompetence. One star as the staff were pleasant. You supposedly can’t ring to book an appointment. Online only 🤬🤬🤬🤬

    Very disappointing experience with Apple support. My AirPods Pro developed a fault affecting the hearing support feature. It took three weeks and multiple calls to chase them just to run a basic 5-minute check to confirm the issue, and now I’m expected to hand them in for a further 7 days. This has effectively left me with hearing in one ear for weeks, and then with no hearing support at all during the repair. That’s not acceptable for a product being used for hearing support. Zero understanding from the people I spoke with, and no flexibility or alternative solutions offered. Having spent £3.7k+ on Apple products in the past two years, this level of service is really poor and dissapointing.

    I’m so sorry I didn’t get this guys name but he was so helpful and an issue I’ve had with my phone was dealt with within 5 minutes no wait ( here in Newcastle for the weekend from France ) and boy did he know his stuff it’s great to have my phone up running and able to chat to the world again thanks so much xxx

    Booked an appt for help with iphone for 12..30 arrived 12.15 and was told asked to wait on seats. Still waiting at 12.45 asked a member of staff when i would be seen and told appt cancelled as not arrived on. Assured him arrived early and needed to see some . He said not my problem appt cancelled. Asked to speak with a manager who then said appt was not cancelled but as arrived late would be seen with in 2hrs advised had to be some where else and only made trip into town for phone to get sorted. No apology Lots of staff standing around just chatting to each other. Will never set phone in newcastle store again.
